Mini Band Bicep Curls work your bicep muscles. Stand with shoulder width apart. Hold the mini band in both hands and place them close near your thighs by extending your arms.
Now, take a deep breath and pull the band up by one hand keeping your other arm stiff
Flex the biceps
Pause, exhale and return to the starting position by lowering the hand
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat the movement with the other arm.
