Bicep Concentration Curls work the triceps on the back of your arm, the brachialis muscle and the brachioradialis muscle. Sit on a stool or a bench. Take a dumbbell in the right hand. Bend forward and rest your right elbow on the inner thigh. Extend the right arm but keep a slight bend. Place the left hand on your left thigh for support. Hold the dumbbell using an underhand grip, i.e. let your palm face forward, keep your spine straight.
Exhale and starting lifting the dumbbell up towards your chest
Hold for a second
Inhale and slowly bring it down
Extend your arm but not fully, keep a slight bend in your arm
Come to the starting position and exhale
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Complete the reps with your left hand too.
