This exercise targets the Anterior delts and medial delts. Stand with feet close to each other or shoulder width apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with an underhand grip in front of your chest. Bend forward till your torso is parallel to the floor
Now, lift both the dumbbells laterally towards the ceiling keeping the elbows bent, change the wrist position to pronated as you lift them
Hold for a second at the top and descend your arms in a controlled manner to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
