This is a good workout for the upper portion of your chest. Lie on your back on an incline bench Unrack the barbell and hold it in the extended position. Use a close grip, i.e keep the hands narrower than shoulder width. The bar should be in line of the eyes
Take a deep breath, slightly arch your back before lowering the weight
Hold the breath and lower the bar towards the upper chest by bending your arms
Exhale and push the bar up to its starting position by extending the arms
Return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of reps.
