The Bent Over Barbell Row with close grip works on the back muscles. It also strengthens your posture so you don't slump as much. Lie your chest on an inclined platform and grasp the barbell with an overhand grip. Your hands should be less than shoulder width apart
Now, pull the barbell up as high as possible
Return until your arms are extended and shoulders are stretched downward
Come to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
