Banded Leg Curl is an isolation exercise that targets two primary muscle groups: the calf muscles and the hamstrings. Place the anchor at the bottom of the locked closed door. Use a mat so that your knees don’t get scratched. Put on the ankle resistance bands and attach the anchor to your feet. Make sure the anchor stays in the centre. Lie down on the floor with your hands in a push-up position.
Now, bring your heels towards your hip
Return to the starting position and repeat.
