Ball Pushups work the chest, shoulders and triceps. Place a medicine ball on the floor and keep your hands over it. Extend your legs backward and place your toes on the floor. Keep your spine, arms, and legs straight.
Now, inhale, bend your arms and descend towards the ball
Hold for a second
Exhale and push yourself back up while holding the ball and extending your arms to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
