Around the World Plank primarily targets the abs. Take a high plank position by placing your palms and toes on the ground. Keep your back straight.
Now, engage your core and move your knee in a circle
Move it clockwise from the inside to the outside
Bring it back to the starting position
Now repeat this with the other knee
Do this for the desired number of reps.
