Using a Stability Ball against the wall in front of you. This is the starting position.
Use both the hands to slowly roll the ball up the wall as far as pain or stiffness allows
Pause at the top and hold the stretch
Slowly return to the starting position
Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
