Sunanda is simply amazing! She brings the best out of you, be it physically or mentally. When we say transformation - it is not only about physical appearance, but she actually can transform a person in and out. I have been working out for so long, but Sunanda still corrected my exercise forms. She is very thorough in her approach, watches all the videos very carefully and gives you great feedback, even explains where to stand/how to execute the form. When it comes to mentally transformation, she also teaches how to be always positive by thinking about the achievements and how grateful we are. In terms of diet, she can make someone eat what they don’t even like - not only by making the diet chart, but also shares the recipes too. I am a person who did not use to like Soya, now having Soya in my diet chart without any complaints. I would love to call her Sunanda ‘The Soya girl’ 😄. Overall best experience working with this fitness mentor.
I highly recommend Sunanda as a coach, especially if you are in for direct and candid feedback. When I was choosing a coach, I spoke with many fittr coaches. Sunanda asked me directly, 'Do you want to keep dwelling on the negative, or be thankful for what you have and make some positive changes?' That conversation made it clear that she wouldn't shy away from difficult conversations and possessed the insight to guide someone like me toward meaningful change.When I started my journey with Sunanda, I was at my lowest point health-wise, dealing with severe cervical spine issues, vertigo, and weight gain. The first three months were challenging as I adjusted to her diet plan and recommendations. Sunanda's approach is undoubtedly strict, and her direct feedback can be intimidating, but her words are impactful and motivating. As I began to trust the process and give 100% effort to following her advice, I started seeing real progress.Now, after being under Sunanda's guidance for over six months, I can confidently say that her coaching has been transformative. I'm currently at my lowest weight in the past five years, and have gone from an XL to a M size. This tangible success is a direct result of Sunanda's personalized guidance, unwavering support, and ability to hold me accountable.Sunanda has been instrumental in fostering a positive attitude in me, encouraging the removal of negative thoughts and people from my life, and teaching me to prioritize my well-being by saying 'no' when necessary.
