WARRANTY POLICY

FITTR HART comes with a 6-month manufacturer's limited warranty. The 6 months' limited warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty.

It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods.

Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to Fittr if a defect arises during the warranty period.

Fittr at its sole discretion will:

  1. Repair the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or

  2. Exchange the product with a product of equivalent functionality formed from new and or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or with your consent, a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces, or

  3. Refund the original purchase price.

    Exclusion: However this warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorised repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

    To claim Warranty, please initiate a Warranty Claim request on the website from the "Contact Us" page or write an email to support@fittr.com.
    After requesting a Warranty Claim, place the product securely in its original packaging, and wait for the item to be picked up.

    *For International customers, the time taken for repair/exchange will vary owing to factors like mode of shipping etc. The customers will be kept informed by our Support Team regarding the same.
