Yogita has been an incredibly sincere and patient coach. My main concern was that, unlike most mentees, I wanted to gain muscle, not just weight. I was already fit with adequate muscle, but building more muscle is actually more challenging than losing fat. From the start, Yogita patiently listened to my goals and understood my needs. At the time, I was also recovering from a flare-up due to ankylosis, which left me feeling low on energy. Being vegan added another challenge to the process, making progress even slower. However, Yogita was supportive and understanding, designing a gradual increase plan that worked wonders. Over time, I noticed my belly getting leaner, muscle gains becoming evident, and my strength returning. Although our journey was short, it was truly enjoyable. Yogita was always encouraging, providing plenty of protein-rich options to support my vegan diet. Thanks to her guidance, everything started falling into place—from workouts to nutrition and overall well-being. Hello Fitness buddies, My fitness journey began with Yogita in recent past, she is super calm and composed, understanding my body type and fitness expectations, she guided me through my fitness plan and cultured it to sync. with my routine which helped me to be consistent without feeling overwhelmed. It’s always tough to start something new specially first 2 weeks specially being in the USA where we encounter with hybrid and less nutritious food, but then it slowly became part of my wellbeing. All thanks to felicitous support from Yogita, she has been a great mentor in my fitness journey. She worked through the roots and helped me to heal my body in a traditional way allowing its own time to set the stage right! I am feeling much more energetic and confident. I was able to gain my immunity back.. and all this was in the matter of 1 and half months. I could feel the difference in my personality, I felt much more happier and 7Kgs weight loss was a bonus!! My coach Yogita Patil, she was a wonderful trainer/mentor through out my journey. she explained me the importance of a balanced and calorie deficit diet,strength training.
