I started my postpartum training with Vishal 4 months ago. Initially, I was struggling to make it to the gym or even go for walks as I have a year old baby and just returned to a very fast-paced job. I was juggling to balance my work and personal life and struggled to work out and was just gaining weight. Vishal has been very patient and kind to me, though motivating me everytime we had a call. Because of his motivation, I managed to increase my days at the gym and hit my PBs on good days, and I am gradually trying to increase my number of steps. I may not have lost much on the scale, but I have lost in inches. As a 1st time mum who is always under the pump mentally, he has been accommodative and has been focusing on helping me improve my problem areas, instead of me jumping to complete 10k steps and working out everyday. I am grateful to have Vishal as my coach, who not only motivates me but is also there to listen to my problem areas and guide me with baby steps. he has understood it will take time as I have no helping hand, but he has always looked at it positively that at least I am trying and getting there, though the progress maybe slow. Thank you very much Vishal.

I’ve been training with Vishal for the past five months, and the journey has been nothing short of revitalizing. Although I was already into fitness before joining him, I had started slipping away from my self-designed nutrition and workout routines, which led to an increase in both body weight and body fat—something I wasn’t happy about. Reducing body fat, especially around my lower belly, has always been a personal goal. Vishal truly understands my objective of maintaining muscle mass while reducing fat. Since this goal focuses more on fat loss than overall weight loss, the progress is naturally more challenging and requires consistency and patience. As a coach, Vishal has supported me with the right nutrition plan and customized workouts based on our discussions. Our weekly check-ins and updates kept both of us accountable, which is exactly what a trainee needs from a trainer. He has always been available to address my doubts, concerns, and any issues throughout the process. Looking forward to many more weeks and months of training with him.
