I can’t say enough great things about Vishal! I am glad my wife got me to FITTR program and also chose Vishal as my gym instructor. He is knowledgeable, and has a deep understanding of exercise techniques, nutrition, and how to tailor workouts to my needs. Whether I am a beginner or more advanced, he always takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure I am performing exercises correctly. He tailors the exercises per my needs and provides alternate exercise if I do not have the equipment’s. What I appreciate most is his ability to motivate. He creates a positive attitude where I feel encouraged to push my limits, but in a way that feels achievable. It's not just about getting results, but about improving and feeling great throughout the journey. He is attentive, giving personal feedback that helps me grow and stay on track. He insists on having weekly communication (calls only) so he can check on the progress which is good.
