It's been 7 months now training with Vishal and I have: Lost 12.5 kgs weight Loads of cms across the whole body. Cholesterol Levels have come down to within the normal range from being extremely high. Sugar (HB1AC) level has come down to within range from being right on the border. The improvement I now see is across the whole body and not just the belly. Vishal is an excellent coach and has a very structured way of training. I told Vishal at the start, that I am happy to go slow but want it to be sustainable. His diet and training plans have been likewise. There have been weeks when have not lost a single gram - But Vishal has just pushed to keep on going and the result is there. Best thing about his diet plans is that I am not feeling hungry. Vishal once said to me 'Main Daal/Chicken Chawal khila kar hi weight loss karaonga'. And that is a fact. I eat everything (almost), sneak a sweet also now and then - But make it a point to keep to his diet plan particularly the calories in a day. Have not missed a single day of workout. This is something I had not done in many years but now its become a habit - All down to Vishal's training and continuous motivation. He is always a message away and the regular Monday calls keep me motivated to keep on going. Thanks a lot Vishal. Its just the start of this journey and I hope to continue it for life

I have been training under Mr Vishal for past 2 months and have lost around 4kgs due to the continuous motivation and good diet and workout routine of Mr Vishal.He constantly keeps in touch about the progress and follows up so that i remain on my toes.Thankyou for all that u have done for me.

I am glad that I took first towards better fitness goals that too under the guidance of Vishal sir, he is straight to the point when comes to maintaining healthy habits as far as fitness and weight loss is concerned. I have lost almost 7kg within 2.5 months under his guidance and with his immense knowledge about health and fitness management. I have been training with Vishal for past 2.5 months and it has been amazing being trained by him. I have lost around 6.5kgs and a few inches in this duration. He was always available whenever any help or guidance was needed or whenever there were some questions, he was always available to answer. He understood conditions and always provided the alternatives whenever needed. Thanks to Vishal that now i know how to be disciplined with our diet and lifestyle. Very satisfied and happy with Vishal’s training and approach. Will surely recommend my friends and family to train with Vishal in future without any second thoughts.
