When you have lifted weights for 8+ years and built a decent shaped physique you can always find yourself in a place where you live in a bubble of your own when it comes to following a diet pattern or lifting weights based on your so called knowledge of 1000hrs of watching YT videos 😅 Then comes a situation where you want to make progress , you have a goal in mind but in achieving that you do all sorts of stuff which is pretty baseless and not science based at all Hiring a coach was the first thing I did after 3-6 months of overthinking on what a coach can teach me which I am not doing ( my so called bubble ) I install FITTR app , find myself a coach based on my own calculations ( must say I was blessed 😇) Still thinking what can I learn in 84 days out let me see ( still that bubble ) 10 days into the program and your bubble is broken - Wrong diet pattern - Wrong calorie counting method ( for years did it 🤯 - Not enough intensity in workouts - Not having the right mindset to train - Not having the right mindset to follow a sustainable diet - Above all missing the athlete mentality of what it even takes to get on the stage By no means I am saying I am even stage ready but even having that mentality and work towards that itself needs a different mindset.Hatsoff to those guys who do this day in and out I express my humble gratitude to you @coachvinod for helping me guide throughout the process , helping me achieve a physique and more over a strong mindset We hardly talked too much through these 84 days but even those 15-20 mins quick conversation and those learning session were like pure gold. Can’t be more grateful to you for this Big thanks to you Hope I cherish this learning for years & hopefully come back to you someday to be more better & stronger
I had the pleasure of Training under Vinodh for 12 weeks and I could not be more greatful for the awesome experience I had. A great motivator, supportive and knowledgeable coach who constantly pushes you to achieve your best. He gave all the required guidance keeping in mind my medical and physical conditions which displayed in my weighing scale with a loss of 12.5 kg in 12 weeks.
