I am really fortunate that I have got Swati as my coach who effortlessly being with me throughout my journey. She has been very helpful and kind in terms of providing me any feedback or suggestions on my diet plan or excercises. I have lost around 5 kgs in my on and off journey and thanks Swati for keeping patience on me and still motivating me. Thanks a lot π

It was great working with Swati on my fitness journey. Moving to a new city and busy schedule was difficult to manage because of which I wasn't able to keep up with my health. Also, being a foodie and getting married to one led us to explore all sorts of foods and cuisines. Did that for an year after which we wanted to get ourselves in better shape, coz at the end of the day that matters. Swati was quite patient with us, as we would try to eat clean for few days then eat out and will get back to same thing during initial days. But then during the weekly update calls, again would be told to do meal prep, eat clean and avoid junk. We tried and got the results, so it inspired us to be in discipline. Ultimately, I started doing more of Strength training(3 days/week) and Ayush had more of home cooked food(even he learnt to cook his own meals). Still long way to go, but I am happy we have started with this healthy lifestyle. Kudos to Swati for not giving up on us during tough timesπ(even though we have travelled a lot during this time, so food couldn't be quantified well then, but that way we learnt how to eat clean in that situation too). After several loss of inches from overall body and fat loss, would try to maintain this and focus on muscle gain now. Grateful for all the progress we have made as a couple in our fitness journey under your expertise. Thanks a ton Swati β€οΈ
Thank you, Swati, for your guidance and motivation, I have lost around 7 kgs in 12 weeks. I am very greatfull for your understanding and support even the difficult days. With your support, I was able to lose happily and understand the importance of nutrition and exercise and enjoying my meals, and thank you for telling me it's ok on the days when it was hard to follow the diet plan, during fasting, so I am very grateful.
