I have enrolled under Sunanda when I didn't see any progress for quite sometime. She made me realise where I was going wrong and corrected my form in all the exercises. She is very knowledgeable and has a sharp eye while observing the exercises and food screenshots. Have re learnt almost all exercises which I was thinking I was doing right. I am thankful to her for putting me back on track. Highly approachable and very encouraging. Counceled me every time I felt low and inculcated a positive mindset. I am on my way to achieve goals now and to keep improving. Thank you Coach for all your support.
Going into the new year, almost 6kgs lighter - the credit goes to Sunanda Rai! I am so glad I enrolled into FITTR yet again. This is my third time enrolling, different coaches the last two times. My other coaches were great, too, and Sunanda stands out from them. She knows the difference between motivating and being pushy. She gave me the time to get used to the new routine and get on track. The small targets that she gives me every week keep me focused. I look forward to weighing myself every week. I am determined to lose many more kgs and have a healthy lifestyle with Sunanda as my mentor.
Sunanda, my coach, has completely changed the way I look at fitness and nutrition. She is always on point and keeps me accountable, helping me stay consistent and make progress. What makes her special is her focus on improving my lifestyle instead of just weight loss. This makes the journey easier to stick to and more meaningful. Her plans are simple and easy to follow, not like other diets that feel too strict. I’ve also had psoriasis for over two years, and now it’s almost gone, a change I never thought would happen. I used to wonder how people felt more energetic after starting a diet, but now I really understand. For the first time over years, I feel full of energy, free from tiredness, and much more productive. I’m doing things better than I ever have and staying consistent. This is more than just getting healthy, it feels like I’m improving as a person too. Sunanda’s support has made all the difference, and I’m so thankful for her guidance. This wouldn’t have been possible without her! I’d like to extend my plans because I’m confident that I’ll keep improving and achieving even greater results with her guidance.
I have been training with Sunanda for six months now, and in that time, I’ve learned so much about my body, my diet, and what truly works for me. My primary goals were to build strength and shed the last 5-6 kg. A few weeks into weight training, I started experiencing some neck and shoulder pain, and after consulting with doctors, I was diagnosed with hypermobility syndrome. This means that my body is more prone to injury with certain types of exercises, especially weight training. Throughout this journey, Sunanda has been a constant source of support and encouragement. She adapted my training plan, starting with isometric exercises while I did physiotherapy to recover. Sunanda always motivated me, reassuring me that she could envision me returning to weight training. After a few sessions, I was able to gradually reintroduce weight training with very light weights. Sunanda took the time to research the best exercises for me, incorporating therabands, mini loops, and eventually small weights. Even when I wanted to push harder, she emphasized the importance of going slow to prevent injuries. Now, we’ve come a long way together! I’m excited to share that I’ve developed an amazing starting shape of abs and am looking forward to building further with Sunanda’s guidance. I can’t recommend her enough – her expertise, patience, and support have been invaluable on my fitness journey.
