12 weeks ago I made a decision to prioritize my health and well being after letting it deteriorate for a long time with unhealthy eating and lack of any fitness. I joined fittr on a friend’s recommendation and found coach Sunanda organically. Even before I signed up with her she helped me see how much I had to be grateful for, and I felt she would keep me accountable. The past 3 months have exceeded my expectations! I’ve lost over 7 kilos in spite of travel and vacation and gained a deeper respect for my body and how I treat it. I could not have achieved any of this without Sunanda’s guidance. Her diet plans are not complicated, making it simple to stick to even with a busy schedule. She’s offered numerous tips on healthy eating while traveling, recipe ideas and so on. Her fitness plan has also worked wonders. Having never consistently strength trained before, she taught me how to do it and again making it possible to follow at home, even while multitasking with other family needs. The result has been a much stronger body, better posture, less fatigue and more positive energy! Above all of this, Sunanda’s expertise as a coach really shines in her ability to offer the right words during our weekly calls. Some days it is to remind me to work harder, other days to see how far I’ve come, and other days it is simply leading by example. She is the first to do what she advises her clients. She stands out by taking a holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Thank you coach for helping me achieve what I never thought possible! I am excited to continue this journey with you!

Sunanda has been an outstanding transformation coach, helping me reduce 8% body fat and gain 4% muscle mass. She pushed me to become better every step of the way while ensuring the journey was sustainable with the right diet and guidance. Sunanda is simply amazing! She brings the best out of you, be it physically or mentally. When we say transformation - it is not only about physical appearance, but she actually can transform a person in and out. I have been working out for so long, but Sunanda still corrected my exercise forms. She is very thorough in her approach, watches all the videos very carefully and gives you great feedback, even explains where to stand/how to execute the form. When it comes to mentally transformation, she also teaches how to be always positive by thinking about the achievements and how grateful we are. In terms of diet, she can make someone eat what they don’t even like - not only by making the diet chart, but also shares the recipes too. I am a person who did not use to like Soya, now having Soya in my diet chart without any complaints. I would love to call her Sunanda ‘The Soya girl’ 😄. Overall best experience working with this fitness mentor.
