I started yoga with Stuti 3 months back. Yoga sessions with her helped me feel better, when I was struggling with somewhat high Diastolic BP and shortness of breathe. I felt anxious and worried as I am not even 40. Stuti made me realise benefits of regular Pranayam, and recommended me to walk daily. After 3 months of yoga sessions with her, 30 min pranayam before bed and now 8K steps a day, I feel quite confident and back to my normal self. Thanks to a knowledgeable teacher, it was possible to find my way back without any medications. You can trust her for authentic Hatha yoga knowledge and guidance. She observes you during the class and ensures you follow correct postures. Overall, she is a great teacher. đź‘Ť
I have been training in Yoga under Stuti since about a year now. What I love the most about our classes is how Stuti challenges me and knows how much to push me to do my best. when I started yoga I was very skeptical as I had had bad experiences before, but Stuti has made me love yoga and our sessions. she is extremely knowledgeable in yoga and is very approachable for any questions in class or outside. I had trouble with my back and core and she ensures that she puts full focus on getting the issues fixed at the core. my favorite classes with her are when we do the back exercises :) . I love how I feel after. and I probably failed to mention that she watches you like a hawk , so you can't try and cheat your way through an asana🤣. thanks Stuti for being my teacher and being so patient with me everytime. I am fortunate to have you as my teacher and I have to say that I see and feel marked improvement since the day I started. stay blessed 🙌
