I started yoga with Stuti 3 months back. Yoga sessions with her helped me feel better, when I was struggling with somewhat high Diastolic BP and shortness of breathe. I felt anxious and worried as I am not even 40. Stuti made me realise benefits of regular Pranayam, and recommended me to walk daily. After 3 months of yoga sessions with her, 30 min pranayam before bed and now 8K steps a day, I feel quite confident and back to my normal self. Thanks to a knowledgeable teacher, it was possible to find my way back without any medications. You can trust her for authentic Hatha yoga knowledge and guidance. She observes you during the class and ensures you follow correct postures. Overall, she is a great teacher. 👍
