My husband and I had the privilege of working with Srikanth, and the experience has truly been life-changing. I had a great experience working with Sreekanth as my coach. Initially, I signed up for a 12-week plan just to try it out and see how things worked. However, I enjoyed working with him so much that I decided to extend my plan for another 12 weeks. Over this 24-week journey, I lost 15 kgs, gained significant strength, and developed healthy eating habits. Sreekanth has a deep understanding of both nutrition and exercise, and he always provided valuable tips on food choices and workout techniques. His guidance made a real difference in my progress. It was a blessing in disguise when my flight got cancelled from Leh to Banglore. I met Srikanth and got to learn so many aspects of health, nutrition and physical well-being. As a gynecological oncologist and a mother of two toddlers, I was living and caring for others and neglected my own health. Srikanth introduced me to health from a different perspective, individualised my needs and don'ts. He gave aspects of physical, mental and intellectual plans incorporated into daily practice. I understood spending time on my health actually increased my performance and I could make time for multiple other tasks and also cater for other's wellbeing. Yes of course I had a fat loss of nearly 7 kg in 3 months and gained significant strength by building muscle, also I am continuing the same. I enrolled in 24 week transformation program under srikanth. He has phenomenal understanding on human body, weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, workouts, supplements, etc. He is very patient to listen all my questions during my journey and answer with clear scientific/logical explanations. I was able to easily and healthily achieve my goals of loosing body fat and i am currently in the process of muscle gaining journey under complete guidance of Srikanth.
