So, I tried all sorts of ways to lose weight and get in shape, but none of them stuck. Those boring and strict diet plans, and coaches who didn't know what they were doing, just didn't cut it. But then, around mid-April, I started my three-month fitness journey with Sonam, and let me tell you, it was life-changing! One word to describe it all: AMAZING! Sonam knows her stuff, and she's got a ton of experience and ethics. During my time with her, I actually managed to shed some pounds. Not just that, my body shape improved, my sleep got better, and my energy levels went through the roof. Can you believe it? I used to be a total sweet tooth, constantly binge-eating on sugary stuff. But thanks to Sonam's guidance, those sweet cravings are a thing of the past. I even got creative in the kitchen, coming up with new recipes using limited ingredients. ChatGPT is taking some credit for that, haha! What really impressed me was how flexible Sonam was with my needs. She adjusted my diet and training plans based on what my body required. And she was always available on WhatsApp, patiently answering all my silly questions, especially when I was feeling overwhelmed at the beginning. We'd have weekly calls to track my progress and chat about everything related to my weight loss journey. I always looked forward to those calls to share my excitement and how happy I felt about my achievements. And let me tell you about Sonam's personality – she's just awesome. Polite, approachable, and an excellent listener. She's more than just a coach; she's become a good friend too. And her knowledge is seriously deep and backed by science. She's the kind of health coach everyone needs to get fit! I'm so thrilled with the results that I've decided to stick with Sonam for another three months. "Thank you" doesn't even come close to expressing how happy I am and what I've accomplished under her guidance. You're the absolute BEST, Sonam!
