it's been an amazing journey going on with Sonam. she has very good knowledge of nutrition and training. She handles it very patiently and calmly, whenever I don't have any progress or haven't followed up the diet plan. She answered all the questions and queries with a smiley face. She followed up regularly even if I forgot it. She helped me a lot in achieving my weight loss journey and I am still looking forward to seeing her help to achieve the target.

Sonam is a lovely person and a very knowledgeable and understanding coach. She is very prompt with her connect calls deeply analyses all the health tracker matrices before the meeting and tailors the future plan accordingly. it's a pleasure working with her.

I started my journey with Sonam around 7 months ago. It was really difficult for me to kickoff my weight loss journey after my second c-section and at 196 pounds. My biggest roadblock was joint pain and lack of energy. Sonam helped me understand proper nutrition and guided me on easy home workouts. I am currently at 183 pounds with plenty of energy :) Sonam has been patient and persistent- her regular follow-ups and check-ins were really helpful in staying consistent and focused. I will continue my journey with her until I reach my goal.

Sonam has helped me truly understand the importance of proper nutrition and calorie intake. I used to follow a very low-calorie diet but still gained weight despite working out for 2 hours daily. Now, I’m happily consuming more calories than ever while focusing on strength training. My maintenance calories are now balanced, and my weight has stabilized. I’m excited to continue this journey and work towards achieving my fitness goals in the coming months.
