Sonam has helped me truly understand the importance of proper nutrition and calorie intake. I used to follow a very low-calorie diet but still gained weight despite working out for 2 hours daily. Now, I’m happily consuming more calories than ever while focusing on strength training. My maintenance calories are now balanced, and my weight has stabilized. I’m excited to continue this journey and work towards achieving my fitness goals in the coming months.
Hi I started with Fittr 6 months back. I started with 82kg and lost around 11kgs. In general I have been very athletic through out my life so reducing weight was not an issue but maintaining it was, it was not sustainable. since I had sweet tooth I always use to come back to original weight if I deflected from excercise and diet even for smaller duration. With sonam I got a very different perspective about sustainable diet instead of crash dieting or over excercising. And results of this was evident in June challenge, I had back injury during first week of June 😒 and I was not able to move much and deflected from my schedule but this time my weight was stable and it gave me a lot of motivation. It was inspiring to see your messages here in this chat group and I started working to get back to schedule so that I can participate in the challenge. I feel very confident to achieve my health goals with Sonam’s guidance and this team’s motivation.
Hello, I started my weight loss journey weighing 74 kg few months after my second daughter was born. I desperately wanted to get back into my old clothes to get back my confidence. Trying different diets, losing some weight and gaining it all back, I was not on the right track. So when I started my Fittr journey I just wanted to get the results very fast. But with Sonam’s guidance, I understood the importance of sustainable diet and lost around 6kg in three months.
