I’ve started my fat loss journey with Sonali three months ago, and it’s been a great experience so far. Sonali’s patience and understanding have made all the difference—she truly listens to my concerns and provides thoughtful guidance. She often tells me having thyroid and pcos make my fat loss a slow process, which is very helpful in managing my expectations and being consistent, so I don’t feel discouraged when progress feels slow some weeks. The best part for me is being held accountable, it not only pushes me but reminds me I’m not alone in my journey. She also checks up on me during the week, asking me how the diet and the workouts are going on. I have learnt plenty from Sonali about the importance of sleep, nutrition, daily steps, and hydration in my fat loss. Her approach has completely shifted my lifestyle towards a healthier one. In the last three months I’ve seen a significant amount of progress and while there’s still work to do, I’m excited to keep going with Sonali’s support. I’ve been enrolled with Sonali for the last three months - it has been a pleasant experience for me. I know that there are a lots of free tutorials and guides out there but the thing that I love the most about this fitness plan with Sonali is the fact that she doesn’t ask me to eat things that I don’t like eating - she instead focuses on changing the portion for my meals so that I can continue enjoying what I love eating. I have observed significant weight loss along with inch loss in the last three months, and I want to continue working with her in the future.
I have been on and off with FITTR since 2021 and have had the privilege of being mentored by different coaches. In 2022, I was making good progress, but everything changed when my dad was diagnosed with cancer, and fitness naturally took a backseat. In 2023, I tried to restart my journey, but my weight remained stagnant, and I saw no progress. Honestly, I had lost faith in FITTR. In 2024, after facing health issues related to my PCOS, I decided to give FITTR another try and opted for a Standard-level coach. That’s when I came across Sonali’s profile. Something about her approach made me decide to trust her. In our very first call, she asked me to send her my steps tracker—a level of accountability my previous coaches didn’t emphasize. I initially pushed back, even going on a rant about why I couldn’t do it. But Sonali was focused and stern. What I love about her is her sincerity and focus. She checks on me, mid week as well. Every alternate day a WhatsApp message to check if I’m doing my workouts or following my diet. The idea of mentioning my previous coaches is not to downplay anyone but to highlight the importance of choosing the right coach who truly understands your goals. Sonali has been that coach for me. She didn’t just guide me on fitness; she helped me change my attitude. I’ve always been someone who gave up easily, but Sonali pushed me to keep going every day. Fast forward to today: I’ve lost 8 kgs, consistently walk 8,000 steps daily, and even cook meals on days when my help is unavailable. Sonali has been a true inspiration—guiding and educating me every step of the way. She inspires and guides. Thanks to FITTR for making fitness so easy with brilliant coaches.
