February 28th was a turning point. I met Smita at an event, spending a full day with her and learning about her inspiring health and fitness journey. Now, just seven days into my fitness journey with Smita, I already feel a difference in my 54-year-old, postmenopausal body, despite my orthopedic restrictions. Hi, I have been a mentee with Smita for about 2 weeks now. She's very dedicated, informed, listens carefully,makes notes,is professional and suits me very well. I like her soft and firm approach and She's accessible...that's very important for a person like me who's tech challenged and can't even use the Fittr app till now properly. I will write more soon.
