I have been training with Shweta ma'am for a couple of months now. From not doing any physical activity to getting into a fitness routine with Shweta ma'am has been a wonderful journey. She has been very meticulous in planning my progression and patiently takes me through the class routines, giving me the opportunity to absorb what is really being taught. I have come to appreciate the persistence of trying postures everyday and feeling improvements every week. Besides working on my flexibility, she adds other means to strength train, a much needed for me. Overall, i feel quite energetic after my classes and look forward to continuing this experience with Shweta ma'am.

Shweta has been very patient and supportive throughout the journey. There were times when my health was not doing great, and I was not regular to the classes, but she always encouraged me that it was okay and that we could restart without giving up. She is very knowledgeable and provides excercises according to your needs. she also mixes up weights along with yoga, which I highly highly appreciate as it breaks monotony and keeps the training very interesting. Initially, I was very skeptical about joining yoga and only joined it because my doctor asked me to. but now I am looking forward to doing my exercises every day with Shweta. I feel very energetic, flexible and calm in recent days. my health issues have improved tremendously.she is also very flexible with timings. overall, I highly highly recommend Shweta.

I am incredibly grateful to have found Shweta as my yoga instructor. For a year, I struggled with vertigo that was induced during a physical therapy session by a healthcare professional. When I first began working with Shweta, I had little hope of finding relief from the persistent dizziness and imbalance that had been affecting my daily life. I began doing Yoga for first time in life seeing others around me. All I wanted for peace of mind, stress relief and body flexibility. I had gone through a tough burn out phase of my life which required medication towards anxiety and stress. Thanks to Shweta and her guidance, I got in to yoga and meditation. I have had a lot of positive response for my anxiety and stress problems. I stopped my medication recently and focus only on yoga and meditation for keeping my mind calm. My fitness journey had hiccups with many exercises being difficult due to lack of flexibility in my body. Shweta understood my problems and starting tackling each muscle group one by one. I feel way easy for while working out and recovering much quickly than before. Thank you Shweta for your guidance. 🙏🏽
