I did strength and conditioning training under sathya and enjoyed it. Her guidance and techniques were really helpful. She has great attention to detail and guides on form really well. She accommodates to our needs and request.
Sathya is an excellent trainer. I have been working with her for over three months. I signed up after reading her reviews and was not disappointed. She ensured every session was tailored to my needs. Her attention to detail is really great, she corrected my posture and motivated me consistently. She was polite and kind during the sessions, pushing us gently while considering my health concerns and injury history. I have made excellent progress, and my form and endurance have greatly improved. I am happy to have found Sathya; I am renewing my package and looking forward to working with her.
I have been doing exercises through out my life. But after my second child, I just didn’t lose any weight. I have tried many diets as well. My sister suggested me Fittr. I want to take a moment for thanking Sathya. She is an excellent coach. The best thing I like in her training is that she understands how much and when to push to get maximum benefit without injuring yourself. She is very friendly and motivational. She has focus on proper form while gently encouraging to step into next level. It’s a pleasure to work with her. I strongly recommend her as fitness coach.
