Sakshi has been an excellent coach. She prescribed a diet based on my interests and encouraged me to make working out and tracking my steps a daily routine. She also followed up with me on a frequent basis, which kept me accountable. I am grateful that exercising has become a part of my everyday routine. Sakshi was also approachable which made it easy to talk to her.
Sakshi is a wonderful coach. She was flexible with meal planning and provided through guidance.
Sakshi's guidance has transformed my approach to nutrition, and made some improvements in my overall health. She made sure to constsntly check-in with me, and sometimes extra boost my confidence with inspirational quotes. She built a good personalised plan for food and exercise, also giving me confidence to do this without having to compromise on stuff I love to eat. She made sure to adjust my plan when I suddenly got unwell, so, I would certainly recommend her as a coach and renew my journey with her again.
Thanks Sakshi for your encouragement and support. I started 6 months post partum and saw some results early on and then progress slowed … but sakshi was always motivating. Had some challenges following the diet fully and the work out - should have done a thorough job sticking to it. But being with Sakshi, I now know what works and does not work for me, and how I can continue the journey to weight management and fitness
