Excellent coach, understand your needs, constraints, and physical condition, and come up with a food and exercise plan to reach goals. I like that Sairam focuses on the process and changing lifestyle rather than focusing on quick results. He was flexible in coming up with diet plans that suit your dietary preferences. I highly recommend Sairam as a coach for anyone looking to get fitter and switch to a healthier lifestyle.

Sai was an amazing mentor and easy to talk to. At first, I had trouble staying consistent because, as a working mom of two kids in abroad without any help at home, it was hard to follow the routine every day. But Sai was always patient, offering emotional and mental support, and kept encouraging me to stick with the plan. When I told him I couldn’t walk 10,000 steps, he suggested skipping as an alternative. This worked really well for me, and I would do 50 skips during work breaks throughout the day which helped me burn fat a lot faster.I dropped my size from L to M and also i promised him that i’ll reduce some more before dec..Thanks for all the support and valuable advice for lifetime.
