Rushali has definitely been more than a coach for me. She is friendly and a great pillar of support who pushes you when it’s definitely needed and motivates you so that you give your best which definitely makes us feel accomplished throughout the workout session. I learnt a lot from her. She is so approachable and definitely understands our goals. I’ve taken help of other trainers in the past, inside and outside FITTR. Rushali definitely stands out. Her skills and the way she teaches you the correct form is just amazing. Thanks for everything Rushali! YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Rushali has been an amazing coach who helped me realize my physical and mental strength. She is totally focused and committed to her students and her patience and understanding made every session enjoyable. She pushes you beyond your boundaries and makes you realize what you are capable of. It was delightful to see my strength improving every day. Always punctual, professional and courteous, she truly cares about you and your transformation. I look forward to my sessions with her and have never been disappointed. She makes your fitness journey very pleasurable and enjoyable.

I have never seriously worked on my body since last 7 years and then I joined Rushali to take her help in loosing weight and getting good shape with stamina. She always heard to my limitations and made me do workouts that suits my body in a safe way. She also always encouraged me to push my limits to try to work harder. I am so happy that she is so flexible with the routines and still getting good muscle strength and stamina to my body. She always keeps checking what I eat and guide me to correct the meals , when they are not appropriate. I would totally recommend her , for a friendly yet professional trainer who balances things very well.
