i have been training with Rubina for over a month now.....and i have thoroughly enjoyed the time and energy she gives during the training sessions. would love to continue my training with her....
I trained with Rubina recently. It was really great having her as my instructor. In the short time that she was my coach, she made a positive change in my strength and overall endurance. My knee pain started to decrease and my mobility got better as well. I definitely noticed some inch loss as well. I would recommend her to anybody looking to start their fitness journey.
It’s been a great learning opportunity with Rubina within a month’s duration. She has let me figure out the balancing techniques in my own pace. I’ve already started doing workouts that I couldn’t do earlier.
Training with Rubina for a month was a good experience. My concern of doing weight training with the history of slip disc was solved by her and i feel more confident now with weights. i can already feel an increase in my core strength.
