I came to know the FITTR through my cousin , we both joined together initially for 3 months program, later I extended it to another 3 months and still extending more to hit my first target weight. Rinku mam made me loose 8 kgs which makes me feel very good and a good version of me , apart from loosing weight most importantly I learnt from Rinku a lot like what should be eaten and what not ,the lifestyle we should maintain and balanced and healthy diet we need to eat , about consuming sugars which is main culprit.Doing exercises make me feel very energetic. I had mild nerve issue but doing regular exercise feels me that I am going to get rid of it where in other hand I tried lot of medicines , visited doctors but invain and left it behind. Previously I tried to loose weight in my own way but later after some months I used to gain again also had side effects like hair loss but this program it’s perfectly guide us how to maintain our lifestyle.I was not able walk more than 6000 steps before and used to be tired and my leg used to hurt but now I can walk easily for a hour and finish more than 10000 steps easily also my leg doesn’t hurt now. My husband used to tease me that I am too fat though he was also, I challenged him I will loose weight, then he should start his. In the middle of this program before me he only admitted that there is a lot of difference in me and he got inspired from me now.All of this means a lot for me thank you Rinku 🥰. Whenever I see myself in mirror I realised that I took a good decision in joining FITTR and also Rinku it’s an amazing journey with you and the journey still continues……

I joined 3 months program then extend that to 6 more months under the guidance of coach rinku it has been an amazing journey so far.The variety of workouts,meal plans,regularity, flexibility and habits to adopt are all well planned. I've lost around 8 kgs and experienced a significant inch loss.The weight loss journey has been successful under the correct guidance. Best part her is she is always available to address queries and help which is highly appreciable!! Kudos to her and her work..!!

I have enrolled with Rinku for 6 months program. Your expertise and knowledge of the subject matter have been invaluable in helping me to understand and apply . Your enthusiasm and positive attitude have also made the experience enjoyable and engaging. Rinku is a superb trainer - Ideal for what was needed!

I took a 3 month fitness plan under coach Rinku Kumari. I'm sure that this is the best option I made in my Life by taking Rinku as my Coach, she is a very motivative, friendly and high knowledge fitness trainer. I lost 6 kgs in the period of 12 weeks with a proper diet and workout plan, i could have reduced 2 more kgs but due to sudden travelling i couldn't strict to diet and workout for 2 to 3 weeks. my aim is to lose another 12 kgs so will again enroll under Rinku Kumari after a couple of weeks. Thank you so much Rinku 😊
