I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for my incredible fitness coach, Priyanka Sadhwani. From day one, she has been a constant source of motivation, knowledge, and support. What sets Priyanka apart is her ability to truly understand her clients’ goals and craft personalized fitness plans that not only challenge but also inspire. she pushes me beyond my limits while making every workout session enjoyable and doable. I have achieved my goal weight loss and my strength is so much improved. Tho many times I couldn’t be consistent but she put me back on track . I m glad to find a coach who genuinely cares about your progress both physically and mentally. Priyanka’s encouragement, patience, and unwavering belief in my potential have helped me achieve things I never thought possible. Priyanka is very motivating and the diet and exercises she gave are very good for my body and also make me feel good. She does regular weekly check ins as well which helps me stay motivated! I will be continuing with her for a long time:)

I am still on this transformative journey—a path that, over the past 24 weeks, has unfolded into a deeply motivating, educational, liberating, and profoundly rewarding experience. I have shed fat, gained muscle, and rediscovered a vitality I thought was long lost. The simple joys of life now fill me with pride and gratitude—no more breathlessness when bending to tie my shoelaces, the freedom of squatting and rising with ease, the disappearance of back pain, and the energy and agility that now accompany me through each day. Priyanka Sadhwani is nothing short of extraordinary as a coach. Her unwavering patience and meticulous attention to personal nuances have been a guiding light in this process. Her diet plans are refreshingly simple and easy to follow, while her thoughtfully crafted workout routines challenge you steadily, drawing out your best self. Priyanka is a great and supportive mentor , she has helped me make quantified nutrition a lifestyle change. I had very low metabolism when I enrolled with her due to work from home post Covid and I have given my best by being consistent for workout and diet ,its still a work in progress but I have lost 6.5 kg's in a 3 month period by being consistent with her support and motivation. Its a long way to go but She has made me realize the importance of body metabolism and on how to increase it with a healthy lifestyle. I hope to keep this learnings from you going forward for a lifetime. I am grateful to have enrolled with her, thank you Priyanka for all of your support and guidance.
