I trained under Priyank’s guidance for a 6 months transformation program ( March - Sep 2024) . Without an iota of doubt , I am extremely satisfied with his coaching style so far. He helped me achieve my goal of reducing body fat with minimal impact on muscle mass and attain a better body Composition. What impressed me about his coaching style is that it’s simple yet very effective. He focuses more on scientific parameters like RHR , HRV , sleep quality etc which are true indicators of improvement in your overall health. Priyank is very dedicated, disciplined & focussed individual. His qualities rubs on to you once you associate with him . He motivates you everyday with his workout videos and he sets his own example before advising you to do something Priyank is very flexible and approachable coach. He listens to your individual requirements and then tailors your workout and Nutrition plans according to you. My biggest takeaway of transformation program was a change in my lifestyle. Priyank’s huge insight into health and nutrition is commendable and it helped me to curb out my urge to consume alcohol. I gained a lot of confidence in my self and realized my untapped potential which was being wasted earlier. Training under his guidance has been a pleasure and I highly recommend him as a genuine , knowledgeable & goal oriented coach .

I have trained with Priyank for the last one year. I have been able to see incredible results whenever I have followed my plan to the T. Priyank works with you closely to identify your strengths and weaknesses, keeps you motivated, and effectively guides you back to the plan whenever you go off track. He follows through with you to keep you accountable and customizes the journey at every step to ensure you are able to navigate even when you are not feeling your best. I highly recommend him, and I look forward to achieving newer goals with him.

I have trained under Priyank for around three months and he helped me attain enduring fitness. Earlier my weight loss has been very hap bazard with me gaining back the weight I used to lose, but Priyank's plan made mein lose inches and weight in a lasting fashion. I lost overall inches and weight and look much better than when I started. He was very patient because my work made me a little inconsistent but he always motivated me to do better. Thank you Priyank.
