I am a 38 yr old working as a software engineer in U.S. i gained weight after pregnancy and going back and forth with my weight-loss progress. So I decided i would like to enroll in fitter and chose prashant as my coach as he was from my place in india and so he knows my food type and can guide me well.it was a very good decision.. He is an awesome coach where he would motivate and support you and also give life advice that helped me building habits instead of temporary fix.He cares about you and helps in every possible way to achieve your goal. He gave me workouts and also follows up with me on my correct form while working out and makes corrections and suggestions on it,which shows he takes that extra effort.. Thank you prashant..
I am a 25 years old living in Canada. I am working professional who does desk job all day so following fitness was definitely not my lifestyle. Working with Prasanth has been an amazing experience. He helped me lose fat, gain muscle and stay consistent throughout my fitness journey. From day one, Prasanth created a personalized and manageable workout and diet plan while still pushing me to do my best. Even though we are in different time zones communication was never an issue. He is very accommodating with time and always found a time for me for our weekly progress calls. I’ve struggled with maintaining motivation and staying consistent in the past but he always reached out to me to get weekly updates and ask how things are going and I needed any additional help and held me accountable. It's been a pleasure getting guidance and coaching from Prashanth. He's practical, his methods are rooted in science and he addresses behavioral and physical aspects of how to get fit and stay fit. He is a good listener, curated my diet (vegetarian with no eggs) made ongoing changes as needed and helped us with discipline around nutrition and fitness.
