My feedback about Omkar Sir : - Great listener - Won’t question or change your own belief system, in my case I had said at the start that I am vegetarian and won’t have protein supplements or packed foods. He was always accommodative of this, and still we made a great transformation. - He’s honest and will tell you things the way they are without sugar quoting. - His knowledge about diet, muscle building and fat loss is scientific and in-depth . - Very punctual and disciplined, and this motivated me as well to maintain the same level of discipline and punctuality. Training under Omkar has been one of the most enriching fitness experiences of my life. I joined Omkar's 12 week program and lost around 10 kg. More than that, I learned the basics of diet and exercise, which helped me understand how to stay fit in the long run. What I really liked is that he always explained things clearly before making any changes to my plan. He made sure I understood everything well.
