I'm halfway on my fitness journey with Coach Najid. And I say halfway because I decided to extend my journey owing to the fantastic experience I've had so far! I was able to achieve what I thought was my fitness goal in the 6 months I have been working with Coach. But Najid's vision and the way things worked, I can now go for the true fitness goals he has set for me. I absolutely admire the way Najid explains and motivates me every week. I enjoy his metaphors to explain how the human body works. He also creates realistic expectations and has a great sense to put things into perspective. Because in the middle of the routine I sometimes lose track of how things should be. Was it a good week or why are my measurements what they are? And Najid has been excellent at explaining this. No wonder the results are evident. And I love the mindset he encourages that you're doing well but you can do better. That's the extra push I need and I end up doing better indeed. So here's to a great journey so far with Najid and knowing that the second part will be just as professional, enjoyable and successful as the first!

Me and my husband have been on a partner transformation journey with Najid for almost 7 months now. Of course his knowledge on nutrition and fitness is fabulous but some of the things that I wanted to mention are: 1. Najid is one of the most polite and soft spoken people we have interacted with. His personality has always made us feel at ease, he is approachable and I feel if the person who is guiding you has this kind of a personality, it becomes much easier to share problems and hurdles that one may be facing. 2. He is patient, he ALWAYS answers every question that we throw his way, sometimes I think I may even repeat myself but he has always addressed my queries nevertheless. Also his explanations are always worded very well, he makes us understand things with examples and reasonings that make sense even though we may not have much knowledge on the subject. 3. When I had my first call with him, according to me, I was fit so I told him I am happy with my body and just want to maintain it. He very softly said there is always scope for improvement and boy was he right! If I look at myself from where I started to where I am, I now realize my bar was set too low 😛 Thanks to Najid, we both have reached a point in our fitness journey which is already beyond what we had imagined. But now I know better than to say this is it. I'm sure there is still major scope for improvement and I am looking forward to progressing along with Najid. He is a wonderful coach and a wonderful person and we are looking forward to many many many weekly calls with him 😊

Training with Najid has been an amazing experience so far. He is kind, down to earth , polite, and very humble person- This is what I found about "Flying Sheikh." As a mentor, he genuinely cares about mentees' progress and always takes the time to answer all the questions no matter how many questions I ask. I never feel ignored. He really knows his stuff very well when it comes to training, and what I love most is that he doesn’t just throw a big list of workout plans at me. He makes sure my workouts are efficient and effective, so I’m not spending endless hours in the gym. In fact, my training time was reduced by 30%, yet I saw incredible results—not just on the scale, but in my measurements, strength, and overall shape. When it comes to nutrition, Najid takes a sustainable approach. He doesn’t believe in starving you with crazy low-calorie diets—he makes sure I’m eating well while still making progress. And if you think you can slack off or make excuses, think again! He keeps me accountable and always knows when I’m trying to bend the rules. Honestly, I feel so lucky to have him as my coach and mentor. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of exercise techniques, and he makes sure that I understand why I’m doing and what I’m doing, which has helped me train smarter and more effectively. He knows exactly how to keep me motivated, pushing me just the right amount while always being supportive. I couldn’t ask for a better guide on this journey!. Thank you, Najid, for supporting and keeping me motivated.

I cannot thank enough to my coach Flying Sheikh, who has guided me and changed my life by helping me to learn everything about nutrition, exercise and NEAT. He has been a great support throughout my 6 months journey and guided me each time I felt demotivated. I highly recommend Najid to anyone who wants to transform and learn basics and advance exercise mechanism. 😉
