It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Meghna over the last few months. She is cognizant of the client’s special circumstances and ready to modify the exercises. I had frozen shoulder, and slowly I have become a lot better due to her careful attention and encouragement. She is also really good with correcting form and changes up the seasons, which always keeps them interesting. I highly recommend Meghna for strength and conditioning training.
I ve been with Meghana for the past 10 months and it has been a great experience..she is an amazing coach and is very sincere… though initially I was skeptical ab having online interactions, Meghana made our session lively with perfectly tailored workout routines.. she increased my activity levels step by step and encouraged every small achievement.. the journey with her has been osm and now I wait for her sessions.. the motivation given has helped me move ahead consistently.. loads of inch loss and strength I ve achieved from ver I started.. thanks a ton to her.. Meghana is one of the best coaches I’ve had so far. I appreciate her dedication and promptness. I had my knee surgery and wanted a coach who can still help me workout. She is very knowledgeable, and very mindful of the exercises she chooses for me based on my condition.
