Two month ago I started my journey with Manisha Mam as my trainer. Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Mam, I knew that she was the perfect coach for me You are a great trainer! You understand how to train someone who is not 22! You are patient, friendly and encouraging.After this two month period I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal.❤️❤️
I is great experience with Manisha mam, always available for your queries and guidance. I can say that its king of magic that work for me in no time Within 4 weeks of my joining i have lost around 6.2 kg. I have tried many ways before but never found positive results, but after joining Manisha mam i must say that I found right person and right way.
Lossing Fat never seemed this easy until I came across Fittr and Enrolled with THE BEST in the field,Mrs. MANISHA TIWARI. Since then,Been quantifying and eating almost all my favourite foods everyday I've lost 9+ kgs of weight and 4+ inches of waist in span of 12 weeks. The way Ma'am keeps empowering knowledge about things related to clean eating and how important counting of calories is in every aspect may it be having cheat meals or planning meals on trip,is something I've been highly Grateful of,since the start of journey.
