I m working out with Manish as PT for past two months. My observation are as follows: 1. He is punctual, motivating and skilled coach with in depth knowledge of exercise and nutrition. 2. He cleared many of my myths regarding muscle growth, nutrition and different body types and their requirements. 3. I have been doing exercise for long, but my form was not correct. Although I saw many online videos, but only after multiple sessions with Manish, my form during exercise improved and got corrected. 4. Form correction and compund lifting led to many positive changes in my body. 5. One of my major issues was my ribs injury which always got aggravated while doing exercise. However while doing exercise with Manish he addressed my injury issues very effectively. Pre and post exercise session very quite helpful. 6. I highly recommend to Manish as PT while allowing atleast 2-3 months time to see results.
I've had a transformative experience training with Manish Makwana. His expertly designed 5-day workout routine has helped me build strength, stamina, and mental resilience. Manish's adaptability and understanding of his clients' needs are impressive. He accommodated my schedule and tailored his training to suit my goals. Manish is knowledgeable and does a good job of explaining which muscle groups are being targeted in each exercise when asked. He also ensures that my form is correct, which helps prevent injury and makes the workouts more effective. While my overall experience has been positive, I would appreciate a bit more attentiveness and focus during our sessions. Manish tends to be distracted at times, often looking elsewhere until I prompt him to move on to the next set of exercises. Additionally, there have been instances where he doesn’t seem to remember the activities I did in previous sessions, which can impact the flow and effectiveness of the training. That said, Manish is a skilled trainer, and I believe with a bit more focus and engagement, the training sessions could be even more beneficial. Overall, I’ve had a decent experience and hope to see more consistent attention to detail in future sessions.
I was looking to get back in shape and find a workout routine that fits my lifestyle. Manish ensured to help me with that. I have been training with Manish since 3 weeks now. He is a competent trainer and maintains professionalism during the session. He advises on food and other stretching routines that I can do outside of the workouts as well. He clearly cares about his clients and wants to get the best outcome out of them. He gives great importance to the posture and ensures I get it right. I would recommend Manish to someone who is slacking off , making excuses to skip workouts and is looking for workouts that will keep them wanting to come back the next day.
