Good sessions conducted. Manish is patient and takes his time to understand our goals and then explain the way we will reach there, I was not able to continue the sessions after 2 months due to unexpected travel but would want to start back again soon with Manish
I’ve been training with Manish for three months through video sessions at home, using just adjustable dumbbells and a kettlebell. Despite the remote setup, he’s highly effective, carefully observing form, providing real-time feedback, and adapting workouts to make the most of the available equipment. My lifting capacity has increased steadily, and my technique has become more controlled. He structures workouts based on my capabilities, monitors performance metrics, and adjusts plans accordingly. He also provides nutritional suggestions to support post-workout recovery and tracks overall progress regularly. I truly value having him as a fitness partner.
