Signed up with Kapil around 3 months ago and I have just recently renewed my plan with him. I have found Kapil to be highly knowledgeable and attentive. The support and help he has provided me through the last 3 months have brought me closer to my goals. He helped with customising diet plans to my requirements and based on my set of restrictions, guided me through an injury on recovery path and tweaked workout plans to accommodate limitations. On top of this, he is super approachable and gives his very best to keep his team motivated. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a coach!
Completed my 3 months program with Kapil. I must say that he is very responsible and always keep track on my progress. Being an active triathlete, he understood my calories need for my training. He help to plan my diet in accordance to my training output. I manage to loose 4.0kg in 3 months without feeling weak or loosing my training performance. Strongly recommend him and i extended my program with him.
