I have been training under Kainaz since 1 year. She always motivated me to do better and is quite flexible. she has immense knowledge of different exercises and I like the way she structured my training.My stamina and strength improved over the period of 1 year and I don't feel exhausted or tired at the end of the day by following training schedule set by Kainaz. Hellooo…I’ve been training with Kainaz for the past 2 months and I must say it has beeen a great lifestyle change since i started training with her..I really appreciate the effort she puts in to tailor the session and she assesses my requirements very well before every session.She is very consistent and adjusting and always reschedules sessions in case i might have any issues turning up..Over the months my muscle strength has increased as well as my overall energy level.
