I had never been to a gym for strength or resistance training before starting my one-on-one sessions with Mr. Kailash. When I began, I had many inhibitions and doubts about the journey ahead. Kailash was very patient from day one. He took the time to understand my capabilities, limitations, and strengths, then created a personalized plan that suited my needs. It's been almost nine months since I started training with Kailash, and I can clearly see the improvement in my strength and stamina. My energy levels and endurance have significantly increased. His technique of gradually increasing weights based on my limitations has been crucial in keeping me motivated. I have to admit, I might have given up if it weren’t for this approach. He never pushes too hard, yet he never gives up on helping me reach my goals. On days when my energy is low, he adjusts the plan accordingly. Even through video chat, he has an impressive ability to understand body dynamics and movements, offering real-time corrections and improvements. If it weren’t for Kailash, I might have abandoned this journey already. Kailash is incredibly punctual, never takes a break, and is always focused on making an impact. Kailash has been my PT for the past five months, and I have to say, he's completely changed how I feel about fitness. Kailash is an amazing person and a trainer. He understood my goals clearly, evaluated my strength levels, before starting daily training. He is always on time for daily sessions, works from a clutter free environment, is 100% present during sessions. He goes above and beyond in helping me progress my strength levels, watching and correcting my form so I don't get injured. He is very flexible and creative in figuring out workouts when equipments are limited. He targets different muscle groups in way that soreness and recovery were never an issue in returning to training. Overall, Fittr and Kailash are the best fitness investment I've made in my life.
