I have been working out with Jyoti for 2 months now and it has been amazing. I can see visible results, she is committed to her trainees, communicative beforehand if she can’t make it for a class and makes up for it and pushes to the right extent. She always focuses on posture and has helped me correct my posture several times (other trainers have missed this big time). I would definitely recommend her!

Jyoti is an excellent personal trainer. In just a month, I’ve seen great progress in my fitness. She gives clear instructions, corrects my form, and tailors workouts to my needs while keeping them challenging. Plus, she’s always punctual, making sessions smooth and efficient. Jyoti is an incredible personal trainer. I’ve been working with her for about a month now and have already seen a lot of progress in my fitness levels. Working with Jyoti has been an excellent experience. She creates a supportive environment for someone new to weight training like myself.
