I’ve struggled with obesity my entire life and, despite knowing the basics of weight loss, my love for food and subconscious eating habits always held me back. Jiggyasa truly understood my challenges and provided a sustainable, personalized diet plan that fit seamlessly into my daily life. It never felt like I was dieting; instead, I was enjoying my favorite foods in a balanced way. While I lost a few kilos, the biggest transformation was in my body composition—I dropped a whole size and lost inches. More importantly, I regained my confidence and felt more energetic than ever before. It’s been 10 days since my plan ended, and I haven’t gained anything back. Training with Jiggyasa has instilled mindful eating habits that have stayed with me. Thank you, Jiggyasa, for not just coaching me, but for transforming my life in such an empowering way.
Jiggyasa is a wonderful coach. I have lot of food allergies and she has work around the diet considering these aspects too. Following her guidance apart from reducing weight, my bloating/inflammation is also getting reduced.
Jiggyasa has been an amazing and supportive coach. In a span of 3 months ive reached my goal in terms of weight and being able to manage my back pain. I feel more confident and have been able to build strength. relief and also build strength. Jiggyasa worked with me and researched the correct diet and exercises before we hit the gym. My fitness journey under the guidance of Jiggyasa has been nothing short of 'outstanding'. What sets Jiggyasa apart from other trainers is her proactive follow ups and weekly call sessions which she makes it a point to do no matter what her schedule looks like. The biggest takeaway I have had training with Jiggyasa, is that we can take our fitness journey alongside everything else in life - for me, the injuries I've had, change in schedules with travels and hectic weekdays after a long day at work - no matter what, she has been patient through the process and has always listened to what my needs are. When most trainers have cut calories - she is the first trainer who actually listened to me and my concerns and gave me a high calorie diet with a combination of weight lifting and stretching to limit the impact of my injuries. A standout trainer and coach - I can't recommend Jiggyasa highly enough!
