Hi Jiggyasa, good morning! As we wrap our mentoring sessions with you today, I wanted to send our heartfelt thank you for your patient coaching and showing us the path of starting small and making consistency the name of the game! 🙌While we made some progress on the scale, the emotional progress we made has been tremendous and we definitely plan to stay at it. We won't be renewing the sessions at the moment since we have some commitments here with my in laws coming this week, but will surely keep you posted when we make notable progress towards our goals as you would have played a key role in it ☺️ Once again, thank you ☺️🙏
Big thanks to Jiggyasa for totally changing how i look at dieting! I always thought it meant eating just salads and greens, but with Jiggyasa, I never felt like I was missing out, Still got to enjoy proper satisfying meals. Losing 22kgs in 9 months has been an amazing journey, all thanks to her guidance. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make a real, sustainable change!
Jiggyasa is a great coach. I joined Fittr again bcoz of her. 2 times she helped me in losing weight. I was struggling to lose my postpartum weight,tried a lot of different diets but nothing helped. She helped me in every aspect bcoz of her my lifestyle has improved. Highly recommend her. Thank you once again for all ur guidance and support.
Jiggyasa has been outstanding in my journey of fitness. While she takes her job very sincerely she also ensures to go above and beyond her job duties of mentoring on diet and workouts. She took time to understand various aspects that may affect in being consistent to follow diet and workout plans. While I always struggled managing weekends and social life, she spoke through the difficulties in being consistent over weekend and how to manage it better. Moreover as I signed up for my first Triathlon she guided me on any required changes in my current routine. I have learnt so much from her and thankful for her contribution in my fitness Journey.
