I had many challenges over the course of my training, including energy lows and sometimes exertion from doing my exercises ( which used to keep me tired for days) even though they were not very intense exercises. The plan just didn't work for me. I think I expected more attention and encouragement which was lacking. i did manage to lose few kgs from the diet no doubt. but keeping myself driven instead of the challenges was where I needed most help.

Isha has been phenomenal is providing nutrition and workout guidance based on my needs and likes/dislikes. She caters to your schedule and lifestyle without starving you. She is thorough in what she does. I couldn’t continue it consistently on my end as a mommy of 3, and with an infant/toddler in tow, it was challenging to balance work, home and workouts. I’m focusing on getting better at that but have lost few pounds amidst it all. Il come back to Isha in future when I can commit better on my end. Highly recommend her. ❤️ thanks Isha!
