I’ve trained with several Personal trainers in the past but Kirat sir is completely in a league of his own and hands down the best! His professionalism and commitment to his clients and work is evident in the way he thoughtfully plans workouts and meticulously logs them to ensure you are making progress at the pace that’s most appropriate for you - which he is able to assess and judge extremely accurately based on years of experience in the field. He is fully engaged and mindfully present every minute of the session. He holds you accountable and will call you out on your lame excuses. He manages to get you to show up and give your absolute best even on days when you feel depleted and lack motivation. He pushes the right amount and believes in you more than you believe in yourself and is truly invested in your fitness journey. He is hugely knowledgable about fitness and patiently answers all my endless questions . He is extremely personable and likeable which makes the sessions a very enjoyable experience and something I look forward to ! Personal trainers like him are hard to come by and trust me I’ve seen my fair share of P.T’s .My only regret is that I didn’t come across him any sooner !
I have been training with Gurkirat for 6 months now and it has been an awesome journey! He is extremely fun, knowledgeable and it is evident in his sessions that he is passionate about his field. I started the journey to lose my post maternity fat with a 6 month old baby and as she turns a year old I have lost 30lbs!!! This has been possible with Gurkirat’s accommodating, Inspiring and encouraging coaching. Thankyou Gurkirat for your excellent training through these 6 months! And Ofcourse we keep moving forward 😊
I have been training with kirat for a little over 2 months, and I can already see positive changes in my body. His exercise regime is not too tough to execute for someone just starting off. He knows when to go hard and where to stop. Since it is an online session, he is always conscious about the form and technique to avoid any possible injury. For the first time in my life, I am consistent with the exercise schedule, his sessions are fun and fulfilling, and I look forward to it each evening. I am sure that if I am training with Kirat for another 6 months, I will see noticeable and visible changes in my physique. He is a professional trainer, and l feel a sense of pride training with him. I recommend him to anyone who wants to get into fitness training.
Gurkirat is not only a professional trainer but a wonderful human as well. I am 36 years of age, and this is the first time in my life that I have started to work out. I never touched any form of weights ever in my life. I was very conscious of myself to start working out, but Gurkirat has changed the way I feel about myself. He has taken it slowly for me and started with the lowest weight and gradually adding to it... This has immensely helped in building my confidence. It's only been 2 months that I have been with him, but I am positive that under his guidance, I will overall get fitter and strengthen myself.
