I had been facing lower back ache, cervical and mild sciatica pain since past few years and have been on frequent medications for this. The problem worsened since last few months, so much so that I was unable to perform my routine day-to-day tasks, and even had to quit my job. Doctors advised me to strengthen my core and gain muscle strength. Subsequently I joined Fittr under Dr Sushma's guidance, which has been an extremely helpful and rewarding experience. She is a great guide to be with - she has prepared my personalized diet plan (with due delegance on daily protein intake); she crafted daily workout session plans (keeping in mind my current mobility and body needs); she regularly monitors adherence to plan (through phone calls and WA chats); she is available 24*7 for any doubt clearance and additional support. Besides, she is super friendly, approachable, and an epitome of motivation herself, which is cherry on the cake!! Working consistently under her guidance for just 3 months, I am able to see rapid improvement in my health condition. My regular pains have reduced my more than 65%, I feel general strength in my body, I can perform several heavy duty tasks these days (which earlier I didnt ever thought of doing), and overall she has helped me build a mindset,where I know that I will be able to build a healthy body through my consistent efforts. Extremely thankful to her for the same, and highly recommend anyone facing similar problems or otherwise to join her for getting the best training guidance. I did 3 training packages(9months) with Dr Sushma and I have to say that, my experience with her was the most positive, encouraging and motivating. Never once did Dr Sushma lose patience or faith in my progress. I achieved my target goal weight and more than that...I feel I am stronger and fitter than I ever was. It has been a lifestyle change and I am enjoying every moment...mindfully eating everything and working out. I feel half my age, my body looks its fittest ever ...and 51 years is truly just a number. I took a 12 week couple transformation plan from Dr. Sushma Pachouri and this is my second time with her and genuinely the best choice for me & my spouse health & fitness. I have lost 20 lbs & my spouse lost 15 lbs during this journey. Dr.Sushma has a fantastic way to keep us motivated and give that extra push for us to do better than before and best part in this journey is we loose weight by eating what we like, where she always try to accommodate our food preferences, lifestyle and routine.
