I enrolled with Prajakt with the goal to lose weight and bring down my sugar levels. I was surprised to see Normal sugar levels in just 2 week! And talking about weightloss, I’ve lost 8 kgs and seeing considerable difference in my body composition. While the difference is there in my overall weight but there are few advised below which could have made interactions much better. 1. I joined because for the first time by HBA1c levels came high. However during the entire programme there were very few conversations around controlling sugar hence a normal program would have also helped. 2. I would have preferred someone checking on my exercise form at least initially but that was not done. 3. We hardly discussed statistics for my body measurement except the body weight so not sure why we prepare such comprehensive charts and send on regular basis. 4. Calls were done at duration of 10 days whereas my previous experience with other coaches was weekly calls. 5. I am not sure whether it’s not allowed but Prajakta being an Ayurveda doctor, expected additional points to manage the increased sugar levels however we discussed what is per the plan.

Coach : Dr. Prajakta Jadhav Transformed in : 6 months Embracing best self in my 30’s What sets you apart is not just your expertise but the way you genuinely care about people. I’ve never felt I am dieting when I follow your plans. Your workouts are way Interesting and feels like you’re playing with yourself. I’ve been able to achieve this physique without restricting food. I usually ate around 1700 kcal and workout for 4 days in a week. Sounds pretty easy right? It is! All you need is patience and consistency and the magic starts unfolding. Make your 30’s look like dream. Thank you Ms Coach - love your work and all the guidance

All I can say is that she only gives diet charts... not a real coach. Zero commitment! Will highly NOT recommend. Serious communication gaps. The workout regime that I was given was not logical. I had to say which muscle group should be combined together. Given my health concern, I only choose Dr. Prajakta bcos it was mentioned that she is an Auyrvedic Doctor. But none of the Auyrvedic practices were shared or implemented. Our consultation calls were never more than 8 to 10 mins. Only basic principle of maintaining a calorie deficit was followed which I can practice by downloading any good fitness app. I had raised a complain half way through my program. However, the customer service person Mr. Aditya Handoo was not proactive to address it. I had to follow up multiple times with him. Everything was put on record. In the end, I was just pushed to myself talk to Dr. Prajakta to solve my own concerns. We decided we will do weekly calls which didn't happen bcos sometimes I wasn't available and sometimes she wasn't. When it happened it was like pls continue everything already given. In 3 months time my workout routine was changed only twice. I was also busy so there were days I didn't workout but I followed my diet 98% of the time. There was ZERO motivation from the coach. Anyone who has spoken to her will know what I am talking about. This time, my fittr enrollment was a complete waste of money. I should have just used another app to fix my diet. If this is the level of premium coaches, I doubt I will come back to Fittr. And I don't even want to start talking about the unprofessional attitude of the customer service. Highly disappointed!

I started my journey on Fittr in mid March after getting tired, frustrated from all the diets. From Keto to gluten free, IF🕐 to all kinds of fad diets, I tried almost everything but none of them was sustainable. In the last few months not only have I reduced 13kg, but also felt a mindset shift. I was the kind of person who used to count the number of days left in my diet 📆but something was different this time. I stopped counting this time realizing I don’t feel restricted anymore. All Thanks to Dr. Prajakta!! I started enjoying my workouts, food, and started seeing results and have successfully achieved 50% of my goal!💪💪 Can’t wait to continue this journey under her guidance🙏
