I started my fitness journey years ago trying to learn nutrition and fitness when I encountered Fittr/squats facebook page. I read the get shredded and tried to follow few aspects but didn't believe in weight training. Slowly few things became lifestyle with better choices. Nov 2024 was a time when I felt lost in my fitness journey as a mother of 20 months old where I again started to read get shredded. Finally took step to enroll with Poonam who became my guiding star ⭐. I wanted to do only home workouts and we started with basic weights I already had and slowly progressed to resistance bands. Being skinny fat I not only lost weight but also inches and so much learning with incredible guidance from my coach. I troubled with wrong posture for almost every exercise 😔 but Poonam was super patient.Attended office parties, travelling, wedding travel, wisdom tooth extraction..we encountered so many situations with me being not able to maintain deficit and still learning to be consistent. What was always consistent was the guidance and motivation from my coach. Thank you Poonam for being my guiding star.

Poonam has been an excellent and inspirational coach to me. I loved her very effective and simple approach which made it very easy for me to adopt new food and exercise habits. I specifically loved her practical approach of making better food choices and incorporate exercise routine even when you are traveling. When I first started working with my coach, Dr. Poonam, I was dealing with some physical issues that had significantly limited my mobility and left me feeling discouraged. Today, I feel stronger, healthier, and more energized than I ever thought possible. I’m exercising regularly, eating well, sleeping better, and feeling great—both physically and mentally.
