Highly Recommend Dr. Harsha's coaching. She is an amazing mentor, Very calm yet firm while mentoring. She is very inquisitive about your lifestyle to uncover things which may not come ahead in direct questions. This helps identify certain lifestyle changes which might be slowing down your fitness journey. I lost about 5 KG weight in just 11 weeks, but we don't even speak about it much, Her coaching is equally focussed on getting your energy levels up, restful sleep, keeping you more active and positive. Found her very knowledgeable and research oriented. Thank you coach !
Dr Harsha is an Amazing coach. Her guidance and support has helped me to understand the importance of diet in our daily life. My journey has been a life changing experience which changed my thinking from "Dieting is not my cup of tea" to "I am ready to accept this lifestyle with all my will" I understood diet cannot be a temporary thing but it has to be a lifestyle to be followed. I am really thankful and grateful to Dr Harsha for giving me such tips which I can follow throughout my life.
Dr.Harsha is wonderful. I would definitely recommend her for people with diabetes. She helped me lower my HbA1C from 9 to 6.4. She is patient, attentive to your dietary habits and needs. I am midway to my weight loss and diabetes reversal journey and I am sure Dr. Harsha will be equally helpful every step of the way. She is the best cheerleader and guide one could ask for.
I would highly recommend coach and nutritionist Dr. Harsha. While working with her I was able to understand that it is not just about counting calories and macros, but the quality of food is also important. I also learnt the importance of recovery, sleep and water intake, this was something i had ignored to a great extent. Dr. Harsha kept me accountable via weekly check-ins, and also with feedback through the week as necessary. She helped me develop a healthy relation with food. Even when I have slip-ups she encourages me to not feel guilty and helps to focus on getting back on track. Overall it has been wonderful working with Dr. Harsha, I would highly recommend her as a coach to help you in your fitness journey!
