I enrolled with Asha to manage my postpartum weight loss and she was very motivating from the first call and encouraged me even when I had some bad days with a baby around. She also had exciting challenges like plank challenge, no sweet challenge and kept the person motivated. Thanks for being so helpful and positive 🤩
I enrolled under Dr. Asha with the expectation that she will be able to help me with my backache issues. During the initial talk itself I expressed this concern. But I was shocked to see the first work out plan assigned to me which included the exercise that causes back pain to me. From that point I lost the trust and did not feel like following her plan. Moreover her assessment method is based only on weight gain/ loss. If there is gain she will reduce the calorie and vice versa. Never did any analysis based on muscle mass, fat percentage etc. Earlier I managed my back pain with the help of a Gym trainer. Now I had to go back to the same process from scratch and slowly recovering now. Overall very much disappointed with my decision to enrol. Simply wasted our money.
Dear Asha, thank you so much for the knowledge and guidance you have given me over the last one year when I first started with you. I have now made workout and portion control a part of my life which most of the days come naturally to me and have become second nature. I honestly feel this is the most hardest thing to achieve personally and your motivation through the tough times I have had in the last few months is what has kept me going. Thank you is too small for how you have changed my life. I really appreciate the personal touch, empathy you have had with me and trying to motivate and keep me on track at all times. This time around, my weight loss was not a lot however my strength, fitness and activity levels are something I wouldn’t have dreamt of. Thank you thank you… till we cross paths again 😊

You lead by example through your own immense workouts and the best thing I liked about you was that you understood my lifestyle and challenges.
