Hi, I am Christian. I am a certified Nutrition and Fitness INFS Coach, I have a Diploma in Fitness and Sports Development through TAFE Australia, as well as current undergoing an Bachelors in Nutrition at the University of Sunshine Coast. 

I would describe myself as an extremely driven individual. I feed on personal growth and I aim to make the best possible versions of my clients, physically, mentally and spiritually.

I specialise in body composition goals, whether it is muscle gain, fat loss or postural alignment. Fitness for me is all about finding the perfect recipe for balance to sustain an favourable lifestyle that yields results and enjoyment in the long run.
