Chandar is a great coach. He helped me chart a feasible and sustainable diet plan and modify the workout according to my schedule and requirement. He has helped me correct my workout forms too with constant follow ups.
Coach Chandar is a wonderful coach with a lot of patience and support. he has supported me through my journey to being more fit by helping me understand what I need to strengthen for my sport with the right exercises and when I was not able to motivate myself at time to workout to keep making progress through diet and by providing not just an exercise oriented plan but also a very diet oriented plan too. I really enjoyed being coached by him and have ended up being the lightest I have been in over 3 years by losing around 4kgs and moving with drop in body fat. I highly recommend having Chandar as a coach.
Chandar is an amazing coach.He understood my dietary consumption and provided a modified diet according to my likes,so I never felt compromised or craved for anything.He suggested to keep my stepcount to atleast 8000 steps/day and simple exercises.Following that I have lost around 7 kgs in 3 months and would fit in my pre-pregnancy dress comfortably. I would highly recommend him.
Chandar is a wonderful Coach. He was very prompt and earnest in ensuring that he has a minimum 20 min chat with me each week. He wad flexible and understood my unique work conditions and suggested some really useful and insightful tips. The way he manages his regular career, his family commitments as well as his coaching work is in itself inspiring. I would warmly recommend him for anyone seeking guidance on fat loss, Muscle building and leading a healthy lifestyle.
